How to get your e-Invoice?
1. Scan QR code on your printed receipt the next day from 10am onwards. QR code is valid for 72 hours from the date of purchase.
2. Fill in the form on the contact page menu E-Invoice & submit.
3. Receive e-Invoice via email within 24 hours after validation by LHDN.

Any registered business entity that needs to generate e-invoices for their transactions can use the portal. This includes small, medium, and large enterprises and even the Foreign/Malaysian Individuals.

When you click 'Send' button, your application will be processed. Please wait to receive your confirmed e-Invoice; you can re-submit the e-Invoice within 72 hours if necessary after correcting the details.

You will receive an e-Invoice in the form of a PDF document and a QR Code via email within 24 hours after verification by the IRBM. The QR Code can be used to check the validity of the e-Invoice.

If there is an error in the e-Invoice received, the e-Invoice may be rejected.
For Businesses:
Having access to IRBM Myinvois Portal, please reject the confirmed e-Invoice within 72 hours, then enter the correct details and re-submit.For Individuals Malaysian:
Having access to MyInvois Portal, please reject the confirmed e-Invoice within 72 hours, then enter the correct details and re-submit.For Non-Malaysian/Foreigner:
Contact Jollibee customer care using Contact form inquire for cancellation within 72 hours and resubmit the invoice.

1. Incorrect Information:
Check your email for a resubmission request. The submission might have been rejected due to incorrect details, such as:
An incorrect receipt number.
A mismatch in the receipt amount.
2. Submission Beyond the Allowed Timeframe:
E-invoice submissions must be made within the next day of the receipt date followed by one another day.
For example, if the receipt date is 4th July 2025, the submission deadline is 6th July 2025. Submissions made after this date (e.g., 7th July 2025) will not be accepted, even if all the information is correct.

Starting from 1st August 2024, LHDN e-Invoice request will be available for your Jolibee purchases made in store (Dine In, Takeaway, Drive-Thru), via Self Service on the Jolibee App, Jolibee.com.my and vouchers.Jolibee.com.my. For Jolibee purchases via Food Delivery partners (GrabFood, foodpanda, ShopeeFood), the availability of e-Invoice is subject to the respective platforms.

For all B2C businesses have 30 days from the date of purchase to apply as per LHDN guideline. Please refer to the purchase date on your receipt.

You can apply for an e-Invoice starting at 10.00 am the next day.
For example, you made a purchase of a Jollibee meal at 6.00 am on Monday evening (1 July 2025), therefore, you can access the Jollibee Web e-Invoice Portal at 10.00 am the next day, Tuesday (2 July 2025) for your e-Invoice request.
